June 17th, 2010As many of you may have noticed, recently (starting with our new site opening) we decided to start a little of social 2.0 networking to keep in touch with customers or just people interested in our services.
On that sense, we have opened the following options (open to everybody, of course):
- The blog: which you are currently viewing and where we will talk a little about everything (we would like to say, we talk, but we haven’t really used the blog quite much so it would not be fair to say ‘talk’ instead of ‘will talk’.
- Twitter: yes, you can follow us on twitter. There we will tweet interesting news about services and promotions. You can follow us on: http://twitter.com/gritonet

New gritonet website online
July 29th, 2009After a lot of work and a bit of delay, it is a pleasure to start a new stage and new website at gritonet.
We also start a new blog where we will publish from product information and offers to any other news that we might find interesting for all of you.
As you might have seen, the website change has been big in all senses; we have even said goodbye to ‘the frog’ on our logo that had been with us for the last 6 years.
Anyway, we hope you find all changes pleasant and we are sure they will help improve the quality on our service allowing an easier and faster management of all services.
One of the biggest changes is the new ticket system. From now on, all technical and commercial support will be offered through tickets instead of email. This will allow for a faster response, better control on issues and a superior management on customer relationship.
It is possible that you find some misfunctions on the website the first days. We are working hard to check every aspect of the site and make sure everything works perfectly. If you find any problems with anything at gritonet, please let us know so we can check it as soon as possible and please apologize for the inconvenience.
